How to place an order

You can place an order by phone, fax or email. Or you can subscribe to our site to place online orders directly.

If you are not able to place an order online you can download an orderform and post, fax or email it to us.

Order procedure

After you placed an order online you receive a confirmation email immediately. If you place an order by phone, fax or email you will receive a confirmation email the same or next business day. With the confirmation you receive a unique order code, so we can check the status of your order at any time.

Shipping information

When we receive your order, we ship it the same or the next business day. Within the Netherlands, orders that are placed before 15:00 are shipped the same day.
